We had the privilege of using Colleen as our realtor. Colleen was amazing through the entire process, even when we felt like giving up! She assisted in selling our home and purchasing a new home. She was constantly available to answer questions with in-depth explanations, ensured we fully understood the process, never made us feel pressured from potential buyers or when we were looking for our new home, and was always up front and honest with us. We always wanted to know the good, the bad, and the ugly. She was able to demonstrate extreme patience, but also upfront when deadlines would arrive, time was needed to research, and handled every step with stride. She really did her homework when it come to helping us choose a listing price and seeing what the market was around us.
