The county seat of Delaware County, it has a small town feeling with all the amenities of a true city. You can walk the streets and see familiar faces, and yet the city includes a thriving university and a rich variety of things to do. Home to Ohio Wesleyan University, The Arts Castle, Strand Theater, and the Richard Ross Museum of Art, this city offers a rich cultural life for local residents.
