Jay is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and Delaware Hayes High School, a lifetime local member of the Delaware Ohio market area. He has been a full time agent since 1998 and is both an accredited Buyer’s Representative and a graduate of the Residential Institute.

Liz Dickhaus graduated from Franklin College in 2009 with a BS in accounting and forensic accounting and from Columbia College in 2007 in business administration. Her attention to detail was honed over the 7 years Liz served in the US Navy prior to entering the civilian workforce in 2002. She has over a decade of accounting and compliance experience.
Joining Team Waldron temporarily as an administrative assistant, Liz and the team discovered her skills were a perfect fit for Team Waldron! Liz Dickhaus became a permanent team member in 2015 and earned her real estate license in 2017.
Liz’s primary goal is to help Team Waldron stay organized and compliant so they can focus their time and energy on serving our client’s needs.
