Really “Got” Us

“Jay Waldron did a fabulous job for us, under circumstances that sometimes took patience. We had recently moved from Delaware, OH to Colorado, but found that we wanted a small house to maintain a presence in Delaware. In the beginning we weren’t sure ourselves exactly what we wanted, but Jay helped us think it through, always listening carefully, but adding his perspectives when appropriate. Once we worked through that, Jay really “got” us and was able to suggest only those houses and properties that were real contenders. Most of this searching was done, necessarily, long distance, since we couldn’t run back to Ohio from Colorado for every possibility. Needless to say, the schedule was complicated, but Jay rolled with it all, cheerfully and professionally. He found out everything he could for us, always staying carefully within the ethical lines that are drawn for realtors. Then, even on closing day, when the Title Company had made some mis-judgments, Jay stood up for us and helped complete the process on time. Finally, I think everyone would appreciate his personal style – no high pressure stuff, just effective listening and representation. Good man.”
